Cannot recommend Keith of FLO PRO enough. Seriously. From the moment we got on the phone during my plumbing emergency he was kind and professional. When every other service had told me they couldn't be there for 12-24 hours, Keith was at my house (40 minutes from his) in less than an hour and a half. He was very personable and sensitive to our situation in how he dealt with us the entire time. Keith is amazing! I had water in my basement from the storm and he investigated and found the "root" cause and cleaned my drain pipes all the way to the city line. He scoped it with a camera so that I could see exactly what was going on and explained it all to me. He also resolved my bathroom slow drain issues. Keith came within 24 hours and was extremely polite and professional. I plan on getting on his calendar for annual maintenance to avoid any future problems.
